Riparte in presenza con una full immersion di lezioni all’aperto il progetto One Team di Olimpia Milano e Laureus Italia. Lo staff Olimpia e Laureus è infatti tornato a svolgere in presenza, nel playground della scuola Baroni di Gratosoglio, gli allenamenti con i bambini delle tre classi coinvolte.
Un’occasione che aspettavamo da un anno, dallo scoppio della pandemia che ha costretto i partecipanti a seguire gli allenamenti solo via web. In questi mesi l’attenzione dei piccoli scolari è stata tenuta accesa sul progetto attraverso dialoghi, giochi con la palla, esperienze di vita, tutto svolto da casa o a distanza in classe, inventando ogni giorno nuovi giochi, iniziative e molto altro.
Le tre classi della scuola Baroni di Gratosoglio, sono rimaste in collegamento on line da Novembre a Maggio per finalmente tornare in presenza con tre sedute alla settimana.
Il rientro è stato emozionante, palpabile l’entusiasmo dei bambini e la loro voglia di relazioni umane, anche se in questa prima fase c’è l’esigenza di rispettare le necessarie precauzioni per la sicurezza. La ripartenza sul campo è avvenuta ponendo enfasi sulla relazione mancata in questi mesi, lavorando sull’importanza di fare squadra, come ci si relaziona con gli altri e tra compagni per creare un team affiatato non solo in classe ma anche in campo.
Sono stati trasmessi in questi mesi via web e in queste ultime settimane in presenza tanti messaggi di sport, amicizia, solidarietà. La maggior parte dei bambini erano stati conosciuti solo attraverso lo schermo del pc, ad eccezione di una classe già partecipante al progetto, ed è quindi stata una grande emozione poterli conoscere di persona.
Un cammino a volte ostico e difficoltoso ma sempre entusiasmante che ha permesso in un anno di tenere insieme più di sessanta bambini mantenendo accesa la speranza in un futuro migliore.
The One Team project by Olimpia Milano and Laureus Italia restarts in presence with a full immersion of outdoor lessons. The Olimpia and Laureus staff in fact returned to carry out training with the children of the three classes involved in the presence, in the playground of the Baroni in Gratosoglio school.
An opportunity that had been expected for over a year, since the outbreak of the pandemic that forced participants to follow training only via web. In recent months, however, the attention of the young schoolchildren has been kept alive on the project through dialogues, ball games, life experiences, all fron home or remotely in the classroom, inventing new games, initiatives and much more every day.
The three classes of the Baroni di Gratosoglio school remained online from November to May to finally return in presence with three sessions the week in which a different class alternated to conclude this weird season. The return was exciting, the enthusiasm of the children and their desire for human relationships was palpable, even if in this first phase there is the need to respect the necessary safety precautions.
The restart on the court took place by putting emphasis on the relationship over the last months, working on the importance of how make a team, how you relate to others and between teammates in order to create a close-knit team not only in the classroom but also on the court.
In recent months, many messages of sport, friendship, solidarity have been transmitted via web and in recent weeks right on the court. Most of the children had only been known through the computer screen, with the exception of a class already participating in the project, and it was therefore a great thrill to be able to meet them in person.
A journey that is sometimes difficult, but also always exciting which has allowed us to keep more than sixty children together in one year, keeping hope for a better future alive.
