Olimpia Milano has reached a multi-year agreement with Jason Burnell, 2.01 mt forward born on August 15, 1997, in DeLand, Florida, coming from Germani Brescia.

HIS CAREER – Jason Burnell began his career at DeLand High School, then transferred to Providence School in Jacksonville for his senior year. In 2015-16, he played at Georgia Southern but after one season, he transferred to St. Petersburg College, where he averaged 20.1 points and 10.9 rebounds per game, earning the Sun Coast Conference Player of the Year award. In 2017, he moved to Jacksonville State, where he averaged 11.2 points per game in his first season; 17.2 points, 9.6 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game in his second year, when he made the Ohio Valley Conference First Team. His professional career began in Italy, in Cantù, where he averaged 11.7 points and 5.2 rebounds per game. In 2020, he moved to Sassari and averaged 12.8 points and 6.7 rebounds per game (60.3 percent on two-point shooting). Retained, the following year he averaged 8.4 points and 5.7 per game. In 2022-23, he played for Brindisi, averaging 10.0 points and 5.7 rebounds per game. For the last three seasons, he has been in Brescia: he averaged 8.5 points and 4.3 rebounds in his first year; 12.0 points and 4.8 rebounds in his second season there; and 14.1 points and 7.1 rebounds per game during the 2025-26 season, when he was named Sixth Man of the Year in the Italian league.
