Nicolò Melli is just 22, the second youngest player of the Italian National team. Against Turkey he played the second game of his career in a major international competition. And still he managed to have a double double, 14 points and 10 rebounds against a front-line of much bigger players. Used out of position at center, Melli scored 12 of the first 24 Italy’s points when they counted the most, to get away from Turkey. Well done Nic!
