Olimpia Milan has reached an agreement with Fabien Causeur, a 1.96 mt tall guard, born on 16 June 1987 in Brest, France, coming from Real Madrid, where he played for the last seven seasons.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

FABIEN CAUSEUR <\/em><\/strong>– “I’m very proud and sincerely grateful for the opportunity Olimpia Milan is giving me. This is an historical club in Europe and I hope I can help the team have a lot of success together in the coming season.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HIS CAREER<\/em><\/strong> – Causeur began playing professionally in Le Havre where he stayed from 2005 to 2009, the year in which he moved to Cholet. In 2010 he won the French league championship and eventually the French Super Cup winning the MVP award in the process. In 2012, after being named MVP of the French League, he moved to Spain, in Vitoria and remained there until 2016. In 2016 he moved to Germany in Bamberg, winning the German championship and the German Cup in his only season there. He was also named the playoff’s MVP . In 2017 he joined Real Madrid where he remained until 2024. With Real, he won the EuroLeague in 2018 and 2023; the Spanish league championship in 2018, 2019, 2022 and 2024. He also won the Copa del Rey twice and the Spanish Super Cup five times. He played in the 2010 World Cup and the 2012 Olympics with the French National Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
