On his career-best 27 points against Olympiacos:<\/strong> \u201cHonestly, I apporached that game like any other. I didn’t enter into that game, physically or mentally, differently. It was a game we knew we had to win. I was playing against my ex team, but what I wanted was to win the game and play it well. That’s it”.<\/span><\/p>\n

On his approach to the season:<\/strong> \u201cI worked many hours in the summer, many hours in practice. For me that my teammates and my coaching staff have confidce in me is great\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

On his confidence in taking a crucial shot:<\/strong> “It’s something I’ve been doing all my life. Honestly, you can’t guardme alone, I’ve worked on these situations all my life, situations where I have the ball and it’s just me and the defender, I’ve worked on this too many times, I have great confidence in this kind of situation”.<\/span><\/p>\n

His attitude after a few misses:<\/strong> \u201cYou can’t be worried if you miss some shots in a row, it can happen. You can’t start thinking too much. You just have to keep playing, don’t get scared, keep taking the right shots \u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

On his improvement:<\/strong> \u201cFrom my rookie season and up until now, I have always tried to improve offense and defense, in all aspects of the game. It’s not like I ever said I want to improve in this specific area of my game, no, no, I’ve always tried to grow in every aspect of the game. This is what I have been doing since my rookie season in Greece until now. It has always been my goal “.<\/span><\/p>\n

On Olimpia’s mentality:<\/strong> \u201cWhen someone demands a lot from you, you have to be able to take it and make the best of it, especially if you want to win and if you want to be successful. We didn’t enter the season thinking of winning everything, but trying to play one game at a time, not looking too far, building day by day \u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the EuroLeague:<\/strong> \u201cAnything is possible, it’s about taking care of business in the best possible way, if you look at the standing you can think of anything, but what we have to do is taking care of our business, stay focused, the rest will take care of itself\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n
