To prepare for this season&#8217;s projects, representatives from every team were invited to participate in the two-day workshop on September 3 and 4. Olimpia, one of the program founding members, was represented by Michele Samaden, who&#8217;s running the One team activities, and his assistant, Marilisa Zanini.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Amedeo Della Valle was appointed as the One Team Ambassador for the team, the role preiously fulfilled by Nicol\u00f2 Melli, Bruno Cerella and Davide Pascolo. Hugo Sconochini will enter his second season as &#8220;One Team Legend Ambassador&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Jordi Bertomeu, Euroleague Basketball President &amp; CEO, was delighted to support the workshop, saying: &#8220;This event marks our first landing in Vitoria as we start to prepare for the Final Four next spring, and also the first of the upcoming season&#8217;s many activities focussing on the positive and important role in society fulfilled by our clubs and players.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Since its founding in 2012, the One Team program has already helped more than 16,000 participants through its various team-focused projects.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The countdown to the 2018 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four has already begun with the staging of the eighth annual One Team Annual Workshop in host city Vitoria-Gasteiz.
