LONDON, <\/b>June 3, 2015 <\/b>\u2013 The National Basketball Association (NBA), Euroleague Basketball and RCS Sport announced today that Olimpia Milano\u00a0 \u00a0will play a preseason game on Oct. 6 against the Boston Celtics in Milan, Italy, as part of NBA Global Games Europe 2015.<\/p>\n
The 17-time NBA Champion Celtics will play the three-time Euroleague Champion and 26-time Italian League Champion Olimpia Milano \u00a0at the Mediolanum Forum in Milan.\u00a0 This will be the Celtics\u2019 seventh game in Europe and second contest in Milan, having previously played in 2012. It is also the sixth time that Olimpia Milano plays an NBA team after exhibitions in 1984, 19872010 and 2012 The Celtics are led by Isaiah Thomas, Avery Bradley and Evan Turner, while Olimpia Milano feature Alessandro Gentile, MarShon Brooks and Samardo Samuels.<\/p>\n
