Coach Jasmin Repesa talked after the Vitoria game: “We wanted to be disciplined, limit turnovers and not let them run on the break.  Another point of emphasis was controlling the defensive board. We came up short and we lost some energy in the second half with all the injuries we have and also losing Kalnietis with a minor injury. Baskonia made slme great shots in the second half including a couple of buzzer-beating threes. We competed especially with the young guys and that was a positive note”.
