Olimpia Milano wishes Mario Fioretti all the best for his personal and professional future. Coach Fioretti has been a valued member of the Olimpia coaching staff since 2003, working with the youth academy and then the first team for 22 seasons. As a member of the coaching staff, he helped the team win six Italian championships, four Italian Cups and five Supercup, in addition of contributing to reach the EuroLeague Final Four in 2021. In this span of time, he was on the Olimpia bench for 443 EuroLeague games, 883 Italian league games, 10 championship series in addition to Italian Cup, Supercup and Eurocup games. Beyond the numbers, appearances and wins, Mario Fioretti has contributed significantly to enforce the Olimpia culture and values over the years. “The disappointment for the departure of a true Olimpia product like Mario Fioretti is partially replaced by the pride we feel as a organization in witnessing his rise to the head coaching position of an ambitious Italian league club.
