When it was time to close the game, Olimpia melted a little. Armoni Brooks led the team in the second half, finishing with 22 points, 17 after intermission. However, Olimpia was plagued by foul troubles for the night, with Nebo, Guduric, Ricci. A moving screen called on Nebo after he blocked a Michele Ruzzier’s floater had a lot to do with the final score. Olimpia had possession to get the lead in the next-to-last opportunity. Instead, ball returned to Trieste. Ramsey attacked the paint, as he did all night relentlessly, and scored gaining the lead for good. Olimpia had one chance to erase it but it went well.
