Olimpia won its preseason game number 5 with a convincing 84-68 win over Olimpja Liubljana in the Trento’s Tournament semifinal game. Milano took off early and never looked back, gaining as many as 26 points of margin before raising the foot from the pedal and crusing to the win in the fourth quarter. Milano had five players scoring in double digits, used the entire bench including the young gun, Andrea La Torre who held his own very well. The game was under control since the beginning, and was decided since the second period on a couple of huge runs. Rakim Sanders (he had also 4 steals) scored nine points in less than three minutes and killed the game early in the second. Coach Repesa used Zoran Dragic, who joined the team just the night before, 18 minutes to let him get acclimated with th rest of the guys. Olimpia converted 72 percent of its two-pointers, and shot well from the perimeter as well.
