Olimpia took off literally in the second half and destroyed the derby against Cantù 83-64. The game was decided late in the third when Olimpia sustained its defensive consistency with an offensive explosion made possible by Joe Ragland (10 in the third) and a terrifc second half by Linas Kleiza. Olimpia had a great game with no doubts. Alessandro Gentile was spectacular in the first period, 9 points led all his teammates. Many of them gave a solid contribute including Samardo Samuels who finished grabbing double-digit rebounds after being scoreless in the first half. MarShon Brooks also played a solid game, made three after three and finished with 14. Olimpia led by as many as 25 points before settling at 19.
