Olimpia won in Sassari 107-106 in a game that featured one overtime and countless unexpected turns. Olimpia led basically for the entire game but couldn’t finish even when Nemanja Nedovic scored nine consecutive points turning a 3-point deficit into a commanding eight points margin that Scott Bamforth single-handedly erased with three threes. Olimpia responded every time and the overtime was decided by a killer three by Vlado Micov. Mike James had a double double that included 15 assists, Gudaitis had a double double himself vedere fouling out in the overtime but the best news was Nedovic’ return.
