Olimpia Milano has reached a multi-year agreement with Lorenzo Brown, a 1.96 mt point guard, born in Roswell, Georgia, on August 26, 1990, coming from Panathinaikos Athens.

HIS CAREER – Lorenzo Brown was raised in Georgia where he attended the Centennial High School in Roswell, Georgia. In 2009, he transferred for a year to the Hargrave Military Academy in Chatham, Virginia before going to college. He played for three years at North Carolina State with two participations, in 2012 and 2013, to the NCAA Tournament. In 2012/13, he won the Atlantic Coast Conference assists crown with 7.2 per game. He was also included in the All-conference second team. Selected in the second round (number 52) of the 2013 NBA draft by Minnesota, he spent the next three seasons in the NBA playing for Minnesota, Philadelphia and Phoenix, with frequent appearances in the G-League. In the 2016/17 season, he moved to China to play for Zhejiang. In the 2017/18 season, he returned to the United States to play for Toronto but in the same season he was also named the G-League’s MVP, playing for the Raptors 905 (18.8 points, 8.8 assists, 5.2 rebounds per game). In 2019, he returned to China, playing for Guangzhou. His move to Europe dates back to the 2019/20 season, to Red Star Belgrade (12.3 points and 4.6 assists per game in the EuroLeague). The following season, he was at Fenerbahce (9.5 points and 3.5 assists per game in the EuroLeague), then in Kazan (13.8 points and 6.1 assists per game) and finally in 2022/23 for two years he played at Maccabi Tel Aviv. In 2022/23 (16.4 points and 5.5 assists per game), he was named to the All-EuroLeague First Team; in 2023/24 (13.2 points and 6.1 assists per game), he was a member of the All-EuroLeague Second Team and was the Play-In MVP. In Israel, he won the national title twice. In 2024/25, he played for Panathinaikos (6.3 points and 2.7 assists on average, and took part in the Final Four), where he won the Greek Cup. As a naturalized Spaniard, he won the gold medal at the 2022 European Championships.
NOTES – In the NBA, he played 103 games. In 2019, he was part of the roster that won the NBA title for the Toronto Raptors. In 2011/12, he won the ACC crown in steals and in 2012/13 he finished second in the same category.
