OIimpia Milan today named Kostas Chatzichristos its new head of performance team. Kostas Chatzichristos, born in Athens on July 25, 1973, started his career in the United States as strength and conditioning coach at the University of Georgia basketball team. Eventually, he came back to Greece to take the same position with Olympiacos Piraeus and Panionios Athens. In 2014, he moved to CSKA Moscow where he stayed until 2022. Following that experience, he landed at Fenerbahce when he helped the team win the EuroLeague in 2025, his third personal EuroLeague win after the 2016 and 2019 successes obtained with CSKA. He served as the Greek National Team strength and conditioning coach from 2021 to 2023, too.
