Kaleb Tarczewski has had a huge impact on the game during the win over Red Star Belgrade. In 13 minutes on the court, he scored 10 points, captured three rebounds, went 3-for-3 from the field and was fouled four times. He didn’t complete a three-point play, but then went 4-for-6 from the line and allowed Olimpia to manage Kyle Hines and Nicolò Melli’s foul troubles, three each in the third quarter, making it possible to maintain a substantial lead over the Red Star. It was clearly Kaleb’s best game this season, but it was also special because, with the three field goals that he made (two dunks on alley-oop passes and a hook shot), Tarczewski overtook Vlado Micov and became Olimpia’s all-time first player in the EuroLeague for two-pointers made. Now he has 283. Micov has 281. Over 200 two-pointers there are also Alessandro Gentile and Arturas Gudaitis. Tarczewski with 128 appearances is also first in the history of Olimpia in the EuroLeague in this list as well as in rebounds grabbed with 571.
