The sixth Supercup is in the books. Olimpia dominated the championship game, defeating Brescia 90-76 after leading from wire to wire. Quinn Ellis was named the tournament’s MVP but it was more a team win. Leandro Bolmaro set the tone on both sides of the floor, just like he did the day before. he scored the first five points and spent himself trying to contain Amedeo Della Valle. Olimpia led by as many as nine points in the first half, went to intermission up by three, a margin that looked not on par with what was seen on the court. The second half was total control. Zach LeDay and Josh Nebo simply dominated inside. Nebo had 20 points in 2024 in the very same game and scored 18 with 7-for-9 shooting in 2025. Lorenzo Brown had 11 assists, a Supercup record. “Our offense was good right from the start, the defense improved through the game. Nebo let the game come to him and was efficient,” Coach Ettore Messina said. Olimpia won its sixth Supercup, the 16th trophies of the Armani era in general. Six players scored in double figure, led by Nebo. Shavon Shields had 33 over two games, Zach LeDay 29. Pippo Ricci had an outstanding week-end. “He rested a little after the European championships and was all over the floor, he got us rebounds and his presence is felt on and off the court,” Messina added after lauding Nico Mannion too. “He spent the summer in the gym. He looks more solid and can absorb contacts better even maintaining his quickness. The combo Mannion-Ellis will be huge for us because at the end of the day they both can play two spots.”
