Pallacanestro Olimpia EA7 Emporio Armani Milano agreed in terms with Frank Elegar, born on December 3, 1986, in New York City. He’s 2.08 and comes from Kalev/Cromo Tallinn, where he played in the  VTB league. He was averaging 14.9 points per game and 11.3 rebounds. He was the league leading rebounder.

WHO’s ELEGAR – Frank Elegar attended St,Raymond’s High School in the Bronx, then went to Drexel. When he finished college in 2008, was undrafted and came to Europe. First stop in Germany, Bremerhaven, then he played in Turkey (Bornova), in France (Vichy), Greece (Maroussi), Turkey again (Antalya). Finally he moved to Tallinn, Estonia. Last year he played the Eurocup (9.2 points and 7.2 rebounds per game). This year he was leading the VTB League in index rating and had 40 against Nizhny Novgorod.

NOTES – He was twice All-CAA second team at Drexel… He played for Virgin Islands National team both in the Pan-Am Games and in the Americas Tournament.
