Pallacanestro Olimpia EA7 Emporio Armani Milano agreed in terms with Frank Elegar, born on December 3, 1986, in New York City. He’s 2.08 and comes from Kalev/Cromo Tallinn, where he played in the  VTB league. He was averaging 14.9 points per game and 11.3 rebounds. He was the league leading rebounder.

WHO’s ELEGAR – Frank Elegar attended St,Raymond’s High School in the Bronx, then went to Drexel. When he finished college in 2008, was undrafted and came to Europe. First stop in Germany, Bremerhaven, then he played in Turkey (Bornova), in France (Vichy), Greece (Maroussi), Turkey again (Antalya). Finally he moved to Tallinn, Estonia.
