Brandon Davies was named the EuroLeague Round 14 MVP. The prize is awarded to the player with the highest personal rating among the teams that have won the game. Davies had 30 rating points in the Belgrade contest in which he scored 15 points, grabbed six rebounds, was fouled 10 times and dished out a career-high seven assists. For Davies this is the sixth MVP award of the round, with the third different team. He had been MVP with both Zalgiris and Barcelona. In the EuroLeague, he is averaging 10.5 points per game with 3.6 rebounds, 37.5 percent on three-point shooting. He scored in double figures in three of his last four games with a season-high 23 points in Vitoria. Brandon Davies became the 10th Olimpia player to win the EuroLeague player of the round award. Before him, Mike Hall, Omar Cook, Curtis Jerrells, Samardo Samuels, Alessandro Gentile, Jamel McLean, Ricky Hickman, Mike James and this year Nicolò Melli had won the prize.
