The game Zenit St Petersburg vs. AX Armani Exchange Milan, originally scheduled to be played on Thursday, October 22, has been suspended. Zenit requested the suspension of the game due to the impossibility of the team having a minimum of eight players on the Authorisation List fit to play.

Following the modification of the Special Regulations due to COVID-19, approved by the ECA Shareholders Executive Board, each game can be rescheduled up to three times, if there are available dates. Euroleague Basketball will coordinate with all teams the best options to reschedule the game. Alternative dates will be announced on official Euroleague Basketball platforms once confirmed.

More games have been suspended. Anadolu Efes Istanbul vs. LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne has been suspended, because ASVEL requested the suspension due to multiple COVID-19 positive cases that do not allow the team to have a minimum eight players on the Authorisation List fit to play. ALBA Berlin vs. TD Systems Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz has been suspended, because ALBA requested the suspensiondue to local legislation imposing quarantine measures on the team.
