Olimpia will take part in the EuroLeague playoffs for the second time in the modern era (since 2000), the first since 2014. It did so by securing 21 wins, a club-record in the top European competition. The previous record dated back to the 2013/14 season with another format when Olimpia won five regular season games, 10 Top 16 games and one playoff game, reaching a total of 16. The 10 road wins are also a record.

Olimpia have won twice against Real Madrid: the success in the first game broke a streak of 14 straight defeats; the win in Madrid was the second in the club history in the Spanish capital, but the first (11 November 2003) took place in the Uleb Cup (now Eurocup). The record in the top European competition in Madrid was 0-16 and included the 1967 European Cup final. Another broken streak was the one of Tel Aviv, where Olimpia interrupted a 33-year wait. In Istanbul against Efes, Olimpia broke a streak of 15 consecutive road losses against the Turkish team. And this season, Olimpia also won against CSKA for the first time after 10 defeats and prevailed in Moscow after 11 years. An important part of the season was built through the double rounds. Olimpia played 10 of them, for a total of 20 games and a 13-7 record which includes seven road wins and the same number of wins in “Game 2”. The team also set a new club record for the all-time best two-point shooting night, when it went 24-for-32 against Maccabi, equal to 75.0 percent. Furthermore, the 102 points scored in Moscow against Khimki tied Olimpia’s fifth best offensive performance in the EuroLeague era on the road, but the best one obtained with no overtime played.

Finally, Olimpia closed its regular season second overall in three-point shooting, but it was the best for less average turnovers.
