Olimpia’s EuroLeague campaign ended on a bad note as Unics Kazan won in Milan 91-68 with a commanding second half. Olimpia’s effort to finish the season strong came to and end after a decent first half when the team led by three. A 9-0 run to start the third basically closed the game for Kazan in Keith Langford’s fist Milan game after his departire following a triumphant 2013/14 season. Olimpia got Kruno Simon back and his effort in the first half was good. Rakim Sanders showed consistent improvement while Davide Pascolo close his rookie season with another strong game, scoring 16 points. But it was enough because the defensive effort in the second half was poor and so wa the rebounding against athletic Latavious Williams. Turnovers plagued the offense as well.
