The first good-bye took place in the locker room at the end of the third-place game in Cologne, then there was another, an impromptu one, at the airport, after landing from Germany. Jeremy Evans has completed his experience in Milan. He came to sustain the team down the EuroLeague homestretch, during the playoffs and finally in the Final Four. He played with commitment, he was a teammate appreciated by everyone, he practiced seriously, even overcoming an injury that partly affected what he was able to give to Olimpia. But it was an important piece of this second part of the European season. And he did not fail to let his teammates know, encouraging them to “finish” the job now. It was the lack of what it means to be part of a family. During his stay in Milan, Evans became the dad of a little girl, his first daughter. Finally, in the next few hours he will be able to really get to know her. Thank You Jeremy.
