Arguably no point-guard had a better week than Jordan Theodore in the EuroLeague. This past week, JT averaged 15.0 points per game, set his new personal best in assists with 11, had 19 assists in two game, made 7 out 8 two-pointers against Malaga and made the winning basket in Vitoria. More than that, he led Olimpia to two straight wins. Theodore is averaging 12.2 points per game, 4.7 assist (9th overall) and he’s 8th in the assist/turnover ratio.

Olimpia had 23 assists against Malaga and added 21 more in Vitoria, the same number it had against CSKA, a very promising trend. Olimpia moved the ball, spaced the floor and made open shots. In fact in these last two games, Olimpia converted 26 out of 51 threes. (Goudelock led the way with 9 for 14).

What to do with this stat? We don’t know but… Olimpia has won five games over Spanish teams so far out of seven games. Olimpis is 3-0 at home against Spain (Barcelona, Baskonia, Malaga) and 2-2 on the road (victories in Valencia and Vitoria). The record is 5-2. Since it led by six in the fourth in the Malaga’s loss it could have even been better.

This is Jordan’s highlights video in Vitoria.
