Pallacanestro Olimpia Milano has signed with a two-year contract Aaron White, a 2.06 mt power forward, born on September 10, 1992, in Strongsville, Ohio, coming from Zalgiris Kaunas.

HIS CAREER – Aaron White grew up in Strongsville, Ohio, and attended the local high school. In 2011, he began his college career at Iowa where he remained four seasons. In 2013, he played the NIT Final, in 2014 and 2015 his team reached the NCAA Tournament. He was included in the All-freshman Big Ten team in 2012, in the All-Big Ten third team in 2013 and in the first in 2015 (he averaged 16.4 points per game). In the 2015 NBA draft, he was chosen by Washington with the number 49 pick. His first year as a professional was spent in Bonn in Germany (11.3 points per game in Eurocup, 13.4 in the Bundesliga), then he moved to Zenit St. Petersburg in Russia (he appeared also in 16 Eurocup games) and in the last two seasons he played for Zalgiris Kaunas, reaching the 2018 EuroLeague Final Four, and winning the Lithuanian championship both times.

NOTES – In 2013, White played the Kazan University Games for the U.S National team. He was the first player in Iowa history to produce a double double in his first collegiate game. His NBA rights were traded in the 2019 summer to Brooklyn.
