Coach Jasmin Repesa talked before embarking on the trip to Moscow where Olimpia will face CSKA in Fridaay night’s EuroLeague game: “We come from two very good games, but we are not yet where we want to be. Moscow is a great opportunity to show that we are on the right path. CSKA lost the last three games so they are coming in highly motivated and with the home-court advantage. The key for us will be consistency. In Istanbul for example we had a letdown at the ened of the third quarter and it cost us the game. This is what we want to avoid in Moscow. Stay close, never lose sight of them”.

Simone Fontecchio: “I worked hard in practice to stay ready. It’s been important staying strong mentally. If you don’t play 4 or 5 games, it becomes hard but with these teams it can happen and you must stay focus and ready to go. In Istanbul we played a tight games, in Moscow we want to play another good game. They are deep, they have fantastic players but we go there determined to play through the end”.
