Coach Luca Banchi talked to the media following the win over PGE Turow: “It was a good game, it was good also the margin of the win thanks to a great fourth quarter when we finished very strong and sharp magnifying the final margin beyond what we expected. It was a difficult game because they’re an unusual team, with a lot of size and big men who likes to play in and out. Samuels was great both ends of the court and that’s part of his growth. He was active offensively and aggressive defensively. We are asking a lot to him because the support he has right now is not enough so I need to handle his playing time accordingly. Brooks gave us a lot of energy. I’m happy for this because it can start with a shot blocked, a steal, a loose ball not necessarily with the field goals he made. We take home the great energy most of the team had. I hope it can carry over all the guys”.
