Olimpia switched off of the game in the second half and lost 86-83 after an overtime

Olimpia simply dominated the first half in Athens, led by as many as 20 points. Somehow, certain teams play batter against certain other teams, for several reasons. It might be individual match-ups or style of play. That will be important.”
